So far I have a great idea

I work within the Growth Division (Sales, Marketing and Product Development). My business title is ‘Director, Channel Operations’ – and I lead the centralized operations and support structure across our 2,000 people sales organization. Responsibilities include
• delivering operational excellence at transaction level across our multi-channel distribution strategy (order processing, fulfillment, payment)
• Managing the Sales IT/Development roadmap and associated benefits realization
• Aligning sales to marketing, product and communication strategies
