I set up uneon last year, it’s essentially a personal life coach and business soft skills training business. I am the principal life coach and skills trainer. That means I am still really hands-on in the doing, I coach individual personal clients and train teams in business.

I love it. Just love it. I can’t get enough of working with all my clients. Right now I have lots of projects on the go and just love being in the driving seat of my time and working the hours which suit me.

What projects, I hear you say… well apart from my coaching and training with uneon, I am in the process of getting my first book published, very exciting, it’s called PICK ME. More about that soon. I have recently joined the Learning Faculty at Reed Learning as an Associate Trainer. I am doing a bit of training at my local FE College to support my local community, I have an idea for a life style game and I spend a big chunk of time getting my name out there in all sorts of fun ways (loads more stories on that later too!!!).

Aside from work (not that it’s really aside as I am quite a one-life person), I am bit of a speed junky, I love fun. I am a qualified power boat driver, skier and wanna be snowboarder and surfer (my skills are developing slowly (and painfully)… although it’s a bit tricky to do in London.

A bit of where I have come from…

So who am I really??? Well, going way back, because of my father’s work I have travel the world and lived internationally quite a bit. I got a degree in Marketing (the creative side of business) before starting my career in communications, publics relations and corporate event management. From there I jumped out into the not-for-profit sector doing the same, retrained as a coach and then back into the private/public sector as an in-house Learning and Development Manager…. Now I am uneon it’s an exciting journey.
